Starting to do Weight Watchers; I’m not even done with my first week and I feel like I can’t eat anything.
I think one of my biggest problems is drinking liquids that have a points value (sometimes quite high!) and those gobble up my points for the day. My glass of Pom Wonderful should not be as many points as 4 slices of smoked salmon.
I’m terrified to go near any meat, even though my freezer is full of it, because I’ll cook it wrong and lose all my points for the day/week.
Even worse is that eating low-point foods is not coinciding with what food I have in the house; but to throw out perfectly good food is wasteful.
Maybe I’ll make all the bad foods (which is basically everything; every grain I own has too many points. I’ve been eating broccoli all weekend.) for my boyfriend and just eat fruits and vegetables. Raw. Because if you cook them or God forbid mix them they add up to points.
Basically everything I’ve ever eaten in life is wrong.
